A blend of traditional and somatic yoga movements, mobility and strengthening exercises, mindful breathing and restorative poses.
Build up strength, flexibility and balance gradually and effectively. Ease aches and pains and release tension and stress.
With mindful breathing techniques, activate and tone core muscles and pelvic floor.
Enjoy a yoga nidra relaxation at the end, helping you to feel calm andrestored.
Suitable for all abilities and no previous yoga experience needed.
Also suitable postnatally from around 5-6 months after birth.

A great way to meet and share with other local mums to be.
Enjoy a 20 minute yoga nidra relaxation at the end, setting you up for a better night's sleep!

A friendly, relaxed postnatal class to enjoy with your baby, helping your body heal and recover after birth and pregnancy.
Increase your strength and fitness, ease aches and tension in the body, release stress and anxiety. Take a moment to breathe and feel like you again!
A balance of active and nurturing practices, perfect for the postnatal body. We focus on strengthening the core, pelvic floor and helping stretched tummy muscles (diastasis recti).
If you need to dip in and out, feed, change or comfort baby, that's totally fine and no need to worry about noises or disruptions. It's all very relaxed!
Tea, biscuits and chats afterwards.
Suitable from 6-8 weeks after vaginal birth/c-section.
Bookable as half-termly blocks. It may be possible to join throughout the term if a space is available.

A fun, relaxed class for you to exercise with your little ones.
Stretches and movements to ease aches and tension, develop core strength and increase flexibility.
The room has play areas set up, so your little ones can potter and play if they want to, or they can join in with you on the mat. It's totally relaxed and if your little one needs you, that's fine - dip in and out of the exercises and don't worry about noises or disruptions!
We have story time at the end, whilst you get to lie down and enjoy a few minutes relaxing.
Tea and biscuits afterwards with fruit snacks for the little ones.
Suitable from around 6 months up til age 3 ish. If you want to come with younger or older ones, please message me before booking.
